The self-ejecting type is mostly used for external card insertion, while the flip-cover type is suitable for devices with limited internal space, such as smartwatches.

- Nano SIM Card connectors : The smallest current type of SIM card connectors, used for Nano SIM cards, with dimensions of 12.3mm x 8.8mm x 0.67mm, available in self-ejecting, flip-cover, and drawer types.
