At present, our card connectors have 4 kinds of conventional plug-in type, i.e. Push-Push type, Push-Pull type, Hinge type and Pin-Eject type. Of course, if you have special requirements, we will also design and produce the plug-in type of the products you needed according to these.

Push-Push type

This type of card insertion port is designed on the outer edge of the product, which is convenient for users to insert or pull out the memory card at any time. Users only need to gently push the card when inserting the card to achieve the function of reading the card. Moreover, when the user needs to take out the memory card, he/she needs to gently push it again to eject the card. This makes it easy to remove the card and makes the user's operation more convenient and simple.

Push-Pull type

This type of card insertion port is designed on the outer edge of the product, which greatly facilitates the user to insert or remove the memory card at any time. It is easy to operate, and it is possible to insert or remove the memory card directly. Moreover, because of the simplicity of our product design, the cost is lower than that of the push-push type. Optimized use of PCB dimensions results in vertical space savings.

Hinge type

The Hinge type is designed to be used inside the product. To use the product, the case is lifted, the memory card is inserted, the case is snapped shut and locked, and reading is initiated in this manner. High vibration levels can also be tolerated by this design, making it ideal for use in harsh environments.

Pin-Eject type

In this way, the card insertion port is designed on the outer edge of the product, which is convenient for users to insert or pull out the memory card at any time. When inserting a SIM card, the user needs to insert it together with the special card holder. If the SIM card needs to be removed, it can be inserted with a thimble and pushed gently, so that the SIM card and the card holder will be ejected together. The structure is designed to withstand high vibration and is waterproof, making it a good choice for use in harsh environments.

Card connectors are mainly composed of plastic parts and hardware parts. Therefore, the common materials used in the production are plastic, copper and stainless steel. Material of Plastic Base

Card connectors are soldered to the PCB. In the welding process, the plastic base must be able to with stand high temperatures of about 260 degrees. Therefore, in the plastic body of the material, we will generally choose LCP, Nylon, this high-performance engineering plastics. It has high temperature resistance, excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability and chemical properties.

Material of Terminal

The terminals of the card connectors can play an important function of power conduction and signal transmission. Therefore, we generally choose phosphor bronze as the material of the terminal. It has excellent electrical conductivity, good corrosion resistance and excellent strength and hardness.

Material of the Shell

The shell of card connectors plays the biggest role is that its structure can support the protection of internal components and electromagnetic shielding, and to prevent external electromagnetic interference on the impact of signal transmission, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of signal transmission.
