For instance, MOARCONN's independently developed 1.15mm ultra-thin Micro SD card connector overcame major challenges in mold development and precision assembly, setting a new industry standard. To date, MOARCONN holds numerous invention patents covering a full range of products, including SD, Micro SD, and SIM card connectors, and it has led efforts in domestic alternatives to cutting-edge specifications like SD8.0 and Type-C.

On the manufacturing side, MOARCONN has built a complete and independently controlled industrial chain — from precision mold development and stamping to injection molding and automated assembly. At its independently operated facility in Dalang Town, Dongguan, both manual and automated production lines run in parallel, supported by strict 5S management and in-house lab testing systems, ensuring product yield rates as high as 99.8%. With a flexible production model characterized by small batch sizes and high variety, MOARCONN has become a long-term partner of top-tier companies such as Huawei and DJI, while also achieving brand recognition in markets across Japan, Europe, and North America.

"Master one field to go far in the journey" — this is Li Minggan’s entrepreneurial philosophy. With a background in mechanical engineering, he immersed himself early in the connector industry in Dongguan and quickly developed a deep understanding of technical intricacies. In 2010, he launched MOARCONN with a single Micro SD card connector product. He visited clients during the day and studied mold design at night, laying a solid foundation for the company in just three years.

Li is known for his relentless pursuit of technical excellence. During the development of the 1.28mm Micro SD connector, production issues caused the defect rate to surge. Li personally stayed at the mold factory for a week, working and living alongside the workers. His hands-on involvement led to an optimized solution that improved the yield rate from 60% to 95%. This spirit of perseverance also permeates MOARCONN’s management philosophy — Li brought in a team of Taiwanese technical experts, established a dual system for R&D and quality assurance, and led the creation of a subsidiary in Suzhou along with a new division for precision drive technologies, driving the company toward high-end manufacturing.

Amid the trend of "localization over imports," MOARCONN has positioned itself with the ambition to "replace and surpass Europe, the U.S., and Japan."
